The FPA is incomplete. It looks like you have run the FPA script from a folder where Joomla is not installed. The FPA should be reporting a lot more detail, including a list of extensions, plugins, modules and components. Please re-read the FPA's instructions and try again, posting a new report to a new reply on this thread. The script has to run from the Joomla folder where the Joomla configuration.php file is located on your web hosting.
