Administration Joomla! 5.x • Problem with Date.php

Hello Community! ;-)

I have my Joomla 4 website with Helix Ultimate and SPPB. Debugger and error reporting is not activated, but sometimes it appears on the top of my page the Strict Standards: date_default_timezone_get(): "We selected 'Europe/Berlin' for 'CEST\2.0\DST' instead in /homepages/............./src/Date/Date.php on line X.

I have tried everything, configuration files, etc.... What works is: to edit Date.php file and explicity change the timezone, sometimes with Europe/Berlin (and also in Joomla administration). But, for example, last time that didn't work and it worked when I set it equal to UTC and also selecting UTC in Joomla administration..... Then it works, but eventually, maybe 2 or 3 weeks later, it happens again...

Also sometimes it disappears after a time... For example, yesterday I was traveling and that happened, but couldn't do anything and for hours this was shown on the website, so that's terrible because it shows the route... But today, it's not there anymore...

Any idea on how can I solve that?
