Thank you for your response. The extensions in question are related to SEF URLs, so if I uninstall them completely, I'm not sure if it'll negatively impact robots.txt. I'm not sure that uninstall on WAMP or XAMPP will reveal the true picture. I guess I need to try it on a live site and if things won't go right, restore the site to the latest good backup.
