Administration Joomla! 4.x • Smartsearch Index error: "an error has occured: Data too long for column 'description' at row 1"

Using J4 + Gantry 5

Tried to do this:

1. Run smart search index under components
3. Did some searching and didn't find this specific issue in the KB
3. It outputted this: Data too long for column 'description' at row 1

Any idea what is going on here and how to fix it?
