@Amurray, Correct, I wasn't at my PC to confirm exactly but I just checked the update logs and it's 4.4.9 through the official Joomla Next update.
@Toivo, I've applied 5.2.3 successfully and still get the same BEHAVIOR but that error is now gone.
The Attachments addon is throwing a JQuery error now (even with new install of JQuery easy)
