First of all, thanks for your help!
It turned out to be an é in a filename. It was uploaded to /images on 2012-12-14 10:10:45. It has never given any problems and has not been used on the site for about 12 years.
I found it by copying all the files to my laptop and then saw that FileZilla FTP had put it in the "Failed Transfer" tab.
I am almost certain that it was the Joomla 5.2.2 or PHP 8.3.14 update I did last week, that no longer accepted this é in a filename, which was put in the /images 12 years ago, probably with FileZilla FTP.
Anyway, it is now fixed. Keep up the great Joomla Forum support, Thankfull regards, Nico
