No, because this is meant for any and all plugins that could be hosted anywhere. To use plugins shipped with Joomla you can fill in "Custom Plugin" field instead. You can find them in media/vendor/tinymce/plugins directory. The list of official TinyMCE plugins is here https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/tinymce/latest/plugins/.
