Extensions for Joomla! 5.x • Extensions on xampp

Hello to everyone, I searched but didn't find the answer.
I imported my website on a local machine and I'm using XAMPP as a server. Joomla works fine. I'm having issues installing extensions (I tried two different kinds, from two different repositories).
I tried using both the zipped and unzipped file.
I tried both uploading the file or specifying the folder.
I get this error:
JInstaller: :Install: Can't fine XML setup file
An error has occurred.
[0] Class "ZipArchive" not found
